Scope
These terms apply to every purchase on the Cotta site. By creating an account or ordering, you agree to them.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us about activity you do not recognise.
Prices and stock
Prices are in rupiah and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one recorded at checkout. Stock is reserved when the order is placed.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed after payment is received. Orders not paid by the deadline are cancelled automatically.
Shipping
Third-party couriers deliver orders. Arrival estimates come from the courier and may slip. Plants are living things; small differences in shape and size are normal.
