What data we keep and why.
What we keep
Name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, and a refund account if you enter one. We do not store card data; payments are processed by Midtrans.
What for
Processing and delivering orders, sending order updates by email and notification, refunding payments and answering your questions. Visits are recorded without names to learn where visitors come from (for example Instagram).
Who we share with
Couriers (name, phone, address), Midtrans (payment data), our email provider, and Google if you sign in with Google. We do not sell personal data.
How long
Account data is kept while the account is active. Refund accounts are deleted once the refund is sent. Order data is kept for bookkeeping.
Your rights
You can change your name, password and addresses in your account, or ask us to delete your data through the contact page.
